Who is responsible

The data controller is Carlo Fiammenghi. For any question about your data, or to use your rights, write to privacy@fibogrowth.com.

What is saved

Your email address, the language of the site you used, the date you signed up and the version of this notice you accepted. Nothing else is asked or saved.

Why, and on what basis

To write to you when OneStep for iPhone is available and to keep you up to date on OneStep: news about the app, early access and testing, and offers on OneStep and its plans. The basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the box on the form. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe. Your address is not sold or shared with others for their own marketing.

How long

Your data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent, then deleted.

Where

The site and the list run on Cloudflare, and the emails are sent with Brevo, a service based in France. Both act as processors on our behalf. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

Technical protection

To limit repeated submissions, the site temporarily stores request counters associated with an IP-derived digest that changes every ten minutes. The original IP address is not stored, and expired counters are removed.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to privacy@fibogrowth.com; withdrawing does not affect what happened before. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
